Optimist Clearing and Forwarding (OCF) is a Liberian owned business, established in 2012 with the vision to make the difference in Clearing and Forwarding Services. It is a firm accredited by the National Customs Brokers Association of Liberia (NCBAL), and is also a licensed and certified firm of the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA). Our Brokers are Customs Trained and qualified individuals who are ready to satisfy the freight forwarding needs of their clients. The OCF formation was initiated by a vision bearer Justice S. Obed Farley with a rationale to foster excellent entrepreneurship and integrity so as to contribute to a vibrant clearing and forwarding services in Liberia.
